HOW TO VOTE

Hello!

I am Clayton Watts (he/him) and I am currently a second-year Law and International Relations student. I hope you consider for me for Guild Councillor!

I have lived in the local area my whole life and am passionate about issues that relate to our on-campus community spaces. I am motivated by environmental conservation and dedicate much of my time to rehabilitation programs, particularly in local wetlands and school garden management. I would love to see more green spaces on campus, such as a community produce garden, which would be my primary focus if voted in.

As a musician, I have noticed that there is opportunity for more collaborative music spaces on our expansive campus. Such spaces will allow us to express ourselves creatively, make new friends, forge memories and celebrate our culture on our campus!

I am currently on the committee of the South Side Symphony Orchestra and work as a gardener in a primary school, which is why I am passionate about the environment! I represented Curtin University in Sydney and Canberra earlier this year meeting key tax organisations and attended the Youth Constitutional Convention in 2023. As your representative on the guild, I will bring a realistic approach to improvement and an assurance that your ideas have my attention.
